To, Gujarat Government of Shri VIJAY bhai Rupani, Recently a decision taken by your government (by whatever the person) to post the Rbsk drs at phcs. NRHM programs initiated by congress sarkar of India and continued by bhajap sarkar.In which there is RBSK the one and only successful program which was running by BHMS and BAMS doctors under guidance of Dr.Sutariya sir. Our chief minister also present the work of Rbsk as that work was done by BJP sarkar.if the program was running above the expectations,general and rural public was getting the maximum benefits of this program then why you are trying to experiment with it? It is not possible to run this program with other programs at phc. For example the leprosy program was running successfully and the cases were reached the point where it would be totally cleaned from the Gujarat then government decide to run it though the phc and then? Leprosy still remains in the stage where it was before.please learn from the past. Your government wants to take all the work from the BHMS and BAMS which is done by MBBS Mos in nearly lower then half salary of an MBBS Mo. All the ayush doctors working double than MBBS in half salary of the MBBS. There is to much workload at phc for only 21800 salary. It's being shameful to ayush doctors in society to work like donkey's. In addition there is no any job security for us and also there is no permission to work in private field there is no permission to practice allopathy. If the situation runs same then time will come when AYUSH starts suicide.there is too much humiliation done to AYUSH in phc. So now the water comes above the neck. Now its time to think about the doctors who literally doing only "SEVA" at phc with the expactation that government will think about us. Now you have to fulfil our demands of 1.Job security 2.Stop humiliation 3.Stop difference Between MBBS and AYUSH. AYUSH must have same respect same salary same power and authority. 4. Chance of promotion depends on work and seniority (Like other states in India) 5.Official permission to practice modern medicine. If you will not able to do that then we will start strike The results also will be seen in 2017 election We will take the help of media and oposition party.
