Dear People of Guam, Second-hand smoke is still affecting our island. It is banned in our restaurants but not in our bars. The mainland has already stopped indoor smoking all together. It's not fair to the employees who work in these bars and the customers that don't smoke. It's every human being absolute right to choose if they want to smoke or not. Second hand smoke takes that right away from them. Almost 50,000 people die a year from second hand smoke. It's time for a change. Please sign this petition to ban smoking in bars on Guam. Thank you.
