Iceland is a much greener place than Greenland, therefore if I move to Iceland, which I plan to do because America is pretty much turning into the worst place on earth, I don’t want to have to tell people I live in Iceland. If I say that they’ll think I live on a glacier when in reality Greenland is the glacier and Iceland is quite pleasant, therefore renaming Iceland to “The New Greenland” would minimize explanations about how Iceland isn’t so icy after all.
