YS Jagan had abused his father's power as Chief Minister of the then united Andhra Pradesh and siphoned off more than 47,000 crores of public money. The magnitude of the scam is unheard of. YS Jagan is an A-1 accused in 47 cases that are being investigated by the CBI. The Supreme Court had recently suggested that such cases must be dealt with strictly and culprits be prosecuted within a year. It is time that we rise up and compel the CBI to transfer the case to Supreme Court so that a criminal like Jagan does not walk free, spending our hard earned money.
