Toronto 2015's decision to have Kanye West perform at the closing ceremonies for the Pan Am games is truly disappointing.

Having a United States American perform on Toronto soil is outrageous. As we know, Canada is the only country that should be in the spotlight of these games, games that showcase the talents of Canadians.

In lieu of Mr. West, I hereby demand that the authorities in charge get celebrated Canadian rock band Nickelback to perform. It is important that Canadians get the opportunity to showcase their music at this Canadian event.
