INTRODUCTION

            Accidents happen anywhere, write no specific setting whether here or there, now or later. Thus, it can also exist in schools from simple headache, tummy pain, sore, bruise and cuts and wounds to worse injuries and more dangerous health complications.

           Therefore, every school must have the construction of clinics. And to public schools supported by the government, mostly clinics lacked. This includes our school, Ormoc City Senior High School OCSHS that doesn’t hold one.

            With this petition, we would like to ask the government agencies to provide clinics and health materials and equipment for every public schools, including our school OCSHS.

VISION

            We wish and hope that every public school will have clinics with complete health materials and equipment.

MISSION

            Since, we, the student of OCSHS are concerned of the problem that we are facing now which is the insufficient school clinics in every public school especially in our school we write this petition to help and want the full attention from the government agencies in establishing school clinics.

PURPOSE

             Our main purpose is to ask and seek help from the government agencies for the establishments of clinics for every public school. This petition is for the government and we want action to this problem immediately.

DESCRIPTION

            School clinics are very important especially in daily emergencies and sport activities. In cases of emergencies, patients doesn’t need to go to the hospital because there will be a clinic that can do first aid treatment to the patient. Hence, school clinics is a must in every school.

SUPPORT

            We want full support from the government agencies by giving each public school especially in our school, OCSHS to have our own clinic. The government must put enough budget for this project.
