Judge Anthony Viviano  is a disgrace to the judicial system, to our democracy, and to the human race, not to mention to women’s safety. I am absolutely disgusted specifically by Judge Viviano’s ruling, especially given the explicit evidence against the attacker. A husband trying to murder his wife slowly by poison, on film no less, clearly indicates that he knew what he was doing, knew it was wrong, and did it anyway. The attacker deserves to be tried in front of a jury for his serious, heinous actions! He should be in prison for a minimum of 10-15 years ! Judge Anthony Viviano should be removed from the bench immediately for his clear lack of respect for victims not to mention women’s safety - given his clear bias toward white men from privileged backgrounds.

I urge you all to do something today and help this women put this dangerous behind bars!

Throw Brian Kozlowski in Prison with a real sentencing !! 

& remove Judge Anthony Viviano from the bench immediately !!!
