The Arkansas Razorbacks were robbed of a monumental-program defining win against the Auburn Tigers on October 10, 2020 due to the egregiously irresponsible job that the referee crew did on the second to last play of the game. The referees did not follow their official guidelines and rules for what is and what isn’t a spike or an incomplete backwards pass, read fumble, and proceeded to cement a an Auburn victory. Greg Sankey, as the Southeastern Conference president, must address this egregious action and hold these referees accountable for their poor job performance.
