Animal abusers dont get fined, even when police is called, nothing is done.

Chained up dogs unsupervised, in the cold with no food and no water. Same happens in the heat ( 100 degrees and up).

Unregistered breeders, who breed and breed. 

This Animal cruelty needs to stop now.

Police gets called and nothing is ever done.

 

Where are their rights? 

 

A case just happened in Houston, dog got burned with toxic chemicals from 2 little girls who thought it was funny. Nothing was done by authorities.

Governor please put stricter rules

No chained up dogs.

No illegal dog breeders.

No kill shelters.

Stricter rules on animal abusers.

And not unsupervised dogs in backyards. People steal dogs from other people yards.
