The current news of "The Reproductive Act" is disturbing and appalling. I have 4 main reasons I found on why abortions should be banned. 

1. It's murder- the definition of murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another which is illegal in all states. Where is gets swept under the rug is that it's currently not "unlawful." But basic science proves that an unborn child is a "human being." 

2. The 14th Amendment is supposed to protect classes like unborn children. It wasn't just intended for American citizenship, but for "common humanity" as well. At the time the 14th Amendment was adopted, abortion was already illegal.

3. Federal laws already protect the unborn. The death penalty is not able to be given until the woman gives birth. The law declared that an innocent unborn person cannot be sentenced and put to death for a crime he did not commit.

4. If you are legally pronounced dead when the heart beat stops, you should be pronounced alive when it starts. 

Lastly, Jeremiah Thomas, through make a wish foundation, spoke with Governor Abbott  and asked him to ban abortions. His response to him was, "We could end abortion here and now.” Please do that Governor Abbott. Let's start a Nationwide chain reaction in ending the murder of innocent children.
