Rename Dead Negro Draw

Rename Dead Negro Draw
The Issue
Dead Negro Draw is the name of a valley in Garza and Lynn Counties in Texas. This name is an improvement on the name prior to 1963, but still highly offensive.
The valley was so named after the Buffalo Soldier tragedy of 1877. Buffalo hunters, along with members of the 10th Cavalry (nicknamed Buffalo Soldiers by the Native Americas), united to retaliate against the Comanche Native American tribe. They ended up wandering the desert for 5 days in their search, losing 4 soldiers and 1 buffalo hunter to dehydration.
I would recommend renaming this location to Buffalo Soldier Valley after the troop of soldiers, in a way that honors rather than insults them.
