Judge Mary Brown ruled this week to allow a minor male child to continue to get gender transition treatments without the consent of his father.  The father is being ordered to pay for the treatments and has a gag order and cannot speak out. The child is being forced to attend school with a female name and presenting as female but he does not insist on being female all the time, only when he is with is mother. This means he isn't actually transgender according to standards of care for adult trans. Texas should not be in the business of transitioning children chemically or surgically.  The treatments are not reversible and children do not persist over 90% of the time when allowed to go through natural puberty.  The judge overturned a prior ruling leaving this decision to be agreed upon by both parents and giving the mother sole discretion in the matter. This is a travesty, medical child abuse. The father's rights are suppressed.  We are asking for the Governor to impeach this judge with the support of the legislature.
