On august 2020 my brother Floyd King and fiancé Dejuan Scott was headed to my mothers house at 4840 jarmese st to pick up my brothers fiancé, Treshawn Brown in the process a vehicle pulled up with a group of individuals we had an altercation with MONTHS prior, those individuals seen us parked they pulled out and came back a few minutes later and pulled down the street and One of the individuals whom we had fought got out the vehicle with a Draco and said “what now” and began to fire rounds towards the vehicle my brother, his fiancé treshawn brown and my fiancé Dejuan Scott and my mother Barbara wicks were at. In the midst of that my mother and dozens of other people were also outside, we returned fire with guns that were legally owned and in the mist of that my fiancé got shot in both his legs and was not able to stand, my brother loaded him up in the vehicle and began to cease fire and fled the scene to get him to safety, they stopped at a stop sign before getting on the highway and another car approached and began TO fire AGAIN, my fiancé off impulse began to drive away and the vehicle pursued them onto the highway and kept firing at our vehicle hitting us multiple times, my fiancé lost consciousness and crashed the vehicle, my brother Floyd king was able to come back to consciousnesses and realized shots were still being fired, off instinct he began to fire 2 rounds until the shooting from the other individuals stopped after that he was able to drag my fiancé to a local Furniture store and had them call for help, he then fled the scene out of fear if the individuals who were following them was still pursing them. In result of this whole incident an innocent by stander was killed and they are trying to pin this death on my brother, he is currently being charged with manslaughter and NO BOND, mind you there is no shell casing from any of the guns we legally owned matching the wound from the innocent bystander who was killed, the person who initiated the shooting was only charged with aggravated assault. Since this incident has happened we have been nothing but cooperative with the police and have been treated like nothing but suspects even after speaking out and telling the truth. The police was on our side and suddenly switched. Also BEFORE any of this happened one of the individuals followed me on Instagram and was making threats and I called the police to ask for assistance they told me they couldn’t do anything because I wasn’t in the “correct jurisdiction”  Floyd king and fiancé even lost a child due to this incident!
WE ARE OUTRAGED AND NEED This STORY TO HAVE FULL COVERAGE. HE IS INNOCENT BY ALL MEANS, HE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT COOPERATIVE, HE HAS NOT TRIED TO RUN! WE ARE DEMANDING THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF FLOYD KING! HE IS INNOCENT!
