Please help us get Carter Smith FIRED as Executive Director of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. for his violations of the Texas Open Meetings Act.

As a result of Mr. Smith and his Agency’s ILLEGAL closed door meetings, thousands of perfectly healthy whitetail deer have been killed, rural Texas businesses have been put out of business and rural Texas land has lost its value.   

We believe the TPWD must comply with ALL laws; including those pertaining to the Texas Open Meetings Act of 2014 (written by then Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbott).

Further, until the TPWD follows the Open Meetings Act, we insist that any rules established by TPWD (that are in violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act) be voided.

Texas wildlife, jobs, real estate values and property rights are all under attack as a result of Mr. Smith’s illegal actions. 

Please tell Governor Abbott and your State Representative that Mr. Carter Smith must be removed immediately as Executive Director of TPWD and that TPWD must comply with all laws of our State.
