Disallow hunting license of Trey Joseph Frederick

The Issue

On January 11, 2016, Texas resident Trey Joseph Frederick was charged with the deliberate and unwarranted killing of two endangered whooping cranes. This was confirmed under the perpetrator's own confession.

Not only does this violate the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, but is also a decided and unnecessary killing of innocent animals, especially as the whooping cranes' population in the US numbers roughly only 600 birds after this senseless slaughter. I am asking Governor Abbott to take action to ban Mr. Frederick from owning, obtaining or using a hunting license for the remainder of his life.
