DILEMNA:  Company refuses to install because of color inconsistency, however color requirement was not expressed to us prior to ordering and we want the marker installed as is..  We do not want to desecrate our mother's marker.  We should not have to bear the burden of policies that were not communicated and we are requesting an Executive decision to intercede.
