Save R-5 - the Guilford Hills residential-zoned triangle plot!!!
The Issue
ATTENTION - ONLY for GREENSBORO, NC RESIDENTS - if you are an out-of-city/state or international supporter with vested interests in Greensboro - please use your local Greensboro City zip code.

The new owner ALB Enterprises Holdings LLC (Mythos Grille) of 2301 Battleground Avenue (former PNC/RBC bank, next to Biscuitville) is requesting re-zoning that would eliminate the currently residential-zoned portion "undisturbed buffer zone" to commercially zoned. This area was a protective buffer to the resident that is adjacent to the backside and the other residents along Markland Drive within the Guilford Hills Neighborhood of Greensboro, NC since creation of the neighborhood.
Help us maintain this R-5 triangle plot as residential - it has been platted that way since inception of Guilford Hills in 1949!!!! That is 70 years!!!
We are requesting City Council to keep the current residential zoning on this triangle and/or adjust current requested conditions to help preserve our neighborhood and property values on Markland Drive.
Please sign and rally your neighbors, family, and friends in the community to help us preserve the Guilford Hills Neighborhood and the day-to-day home lives of Markland Drive residents.
