Currently schools and teachers are evaluated every 4-5 years in order to see how well a school is performing and the quality of the teaching, however, the teachers are given weeks notice of this evaluation and are informed of when the evaluation will take place so that they can prepare. 

As a student I can see a teachers attitude and teaching style completely change when this process takes place. This is unfair as there is no proper evaluation and afterwards the teachers return to their old normal selfs. The behaviour of some teachers in the classroom when there is no one else watching is appalling and action must be taken.

I am making this petition so that a trusted student at Greenfaulds High School may spontaneously exam teachers throughout the school year and should teachers fail to meet a certain criteria that can be decided by principal teachers and students then they will be put down for further review. The only ones who can properly evaluate teachers are the pupils. 

I have heard many pupils complain about some teachers and how they are failing to properly teach the students the course. Please help us get the best education possible before it's too late.
