We the undersigned are members of the Birchwood Community who value the presence of Birchwood Spice in our local pub, The Poacher. 

The restaurant has brought a renewed interest in what was a failing pub. 

People come from all over to experience the fabulous food, cosy atmosphere and great staff, not to mention the scrumptious food. 

Along with the pub landlord Paula and her partner Rick who organise great music evenings, Birchwood Spice has brought renewed interest to the area. 

Please don’t take away this really important part of our Community. 

Paula & Rick do a great job, don’t try and fix something that isn’t broken - this is OUR pub/restaurant.
