It is with a heavy heart that we and our precious goats come to you. We have been dealing with a terrible situation that we need your help with. 

We own Goats and Yoga in Rogersville, MO. We offer goat yoga classes a few times a month to the community, allowing them to interact with our goats on our farm. We generally limit our classes to 2-3 times a month for one hour each, out of respect for our neighbors and our goats, and we do not have signs up that attract people outside of that 1 hour time period. 

A neighbor that moved in behind us this summer has access to drive through our land and has been consistently harassing us, destroying parts of our property, and calling Greene County with petty complaints. Worst of all, this neighbor has threatened to shoot my goats. My babies. 

We will be having a hearing October 9th at 9:30 am at the courthouse to settle this dispute and have a decision from Greene County to see if we can continue our business. Our property has been mistakenly zoned as residential and we are asking for a variance so there will not be an issue in the future, and we can continue to share our farm with our community we love so much.

We know many of you will not be able to attend, but signing this petition will help us stand up for our goats. We use our business to share our love of animals, and also raise money for charity. Some of those charities this year include St. Jude and Harmony House.
