Green taxation policy can accelerate this change.

4 Points:

1. Make green capital gains, green dividends, green interest and green performance payments tax free. 
2. Investment securities must qualify for a green certificate in order to qualify for tax free status. 
3. Green certificate criteria are set by governments that levy the tax.
4. No change to tax policy on non-green capital gains, dividends and interest.
