Currently, cost is unknown but the creation of a Green colony in rural Kentucky could help greatly! Let our kids breathe! We could finally live a happy life in a community not a city so I had an idea of a mountain colony of Berged homes that I would call “The Ant Hill” One-half of the mountain contains Berged homes and shops connected by tunnels and the other half is farming land. (Think rice-field garden pools of various elevations.) Things are powered by Solar, Geothermal, hydroelectric, and Wind turbines. 
Things like potatoes, rhubarb, carrots, beets, onions, and garlic are farmable by candlelight and candles can be made from beehives and animal fat as well as grease. It would provide plenty of Farmland and comfortable temperatures for people. Irrigation systems are able to filter waste into useable water and the rest can be mixed for fertilizer. (Yeah it is gross but what do you think we did before toilets existed?) 
They found a form of wax worms that can break down many microplastics and fertilize the soil at the same time! Where does the water go? To a water-cycling plant where half of it goes to farming, 25% to the people and 25% to a medical wing which along with regulation of Airflow is the reason the electricity is there.

The homes are made from biophilic materials with Concrete and Wax mixed walls with plaster put over to keep away water from rain. To top everything off the roads to it are paved with stone not concrete and tar. People can hunt and preserve the meat in cellars in the mountain center as a deli of sorts to stay ready for winter. I want a truly green place to live and I would not allow Big companies or smear campaigns against public officials running as mayoral candidates. This is a place I want to make in my lifetime.

The poor will be affected if we do not do this, the poor and veterans and even some children might lose homes but I choose to create homes for them. If we do not take immediate action our people will suffer!
