The current Green Bay Ordinance for street over night parking is as states:

• Only 6 requests per year, unless you request more from a special committee every year
• You must register your car, otherwise you will receive a ticket for parking in front of your own residence

In addition to that- My Child’s school has little street parking available for pickup and drop off. Many parents and staff are receiving tickets for parking near school. The city of Green Bay needs to cooperate with Green Bay Schools to make this more efficient for its residents.

The parking division seems to give no grace and are focused on the money intake instead of safety for our city. 

The inconvenience and stress this brings my family, friends, and neighbors is unfair. Most of our family and friends are out of town and come to visit. Many have payed a lot of money for parking tickets they've received.

We need to make a change to this city’s unfair rules for those who do not have ample parking at their homes and are simply trying to exist in Green Bay. Neighboring towns have different regulations that we should take into suggestion as well for improvement.
