Gail Oaksmith is a dog breeder who owns a puppy mill in Oakville Washington. There are pictures, eye witnesses reports, and stories from folks who have bought dogs from her. There are multiple reports of puppies from her mill dying from parvo, and a confirmed and documented cases of pups suffering from deformities from inbreeding. She has also sold other species of abused and neglected animals for a profit. Multiple reports have been made, both written and verbal, with no action taken to assure the humane treatment of the animals in Gail Oaksmith's care. She continues to profit off of abuse and bad breeding, scamming people out of money by selling them sick and deformed dogs. 

We call on Animal Control Officer Nichole Pollard to launch a thorough investigation into the puppy mill run by Gail Oaksmith. Multiple reports, both written and face to face, have been made with little action taken. You can reach the Grays Harbor County communications center at (360) 533-8765. 1) "I'm sorry to say we found a dog that belonged to this lady today :(
After turning pics of found dog into Animal control and local rescues we were told owner was found and looking for her dog. Yay happy ending right, sadly not. (We were told given the breed it could be thin from roaming several days so we were being more okay with condition but still were leery of it.)
AC called us with owners name and I'm sorry to say it, Gail Oaksmiths was owner of the dog. :( we told AC of dogs condition and sent pictures to them and they said its in okay condition given the time it was missing 3-5 day, it HAD to go back. They could call her or we could to get the dog back.(We wanted to so we could see if we could take ownership of the dog)
This dog looks like it's dying on my mom's cars seat, its ill, lethargic, skin and bones and just out of it, skin wouldn't even retract when pulled back. It needed a vet asap. Mom called Gail she met with her with full intentioned of her telling us we Can keep they dying dog. We offered her full vet car for the dog and she declined it immediately, we even offered to buy this sickly dog and she laughed at my mom and told her she can get a lot more money selling puppies off her. Shes going to breed this dog and continue to make money off her! The dogs condition was bad. I've contacted many agencies trying to get this dog and all the others help and given the answer if your countys animal control is okay with it there is not more we can do, and sadly it's seeming like they are :(
I've contacted Jessie Jones and am waiting a reply back. I'm really hoping at lest he can get something done.
I was told the sheriff will be up there for a welfare check on the dog as well. I'm hoping and praying for the best outcome.
I'm beyond sad at the ways our laws are in this county and how absolutely nothing can be done even with proof of neglected. 
Please call grays harbor county and complain about this lady. Its just not right how she can continue this."

2) "Just an FYI for everyone, Gail is my neighbor she has been doing this for years, shes been reported for years, humane society and animal rescue officers have been called several times, we've talked to one personally and they wont do anything. She has dog fights over there constantly because she has them getting loose all the time. Coyotes come and take off with her animals. The little dogs, u hear screaming from the animals fighting 4 nights a week. Etc. It has to be controlled and stopped. But theres nothing the officers will do when they say shes giving them food and shelter. Etc. I'm glad it finally got put out on social media"
