I am raising this petition on behalf of my son Alex Donovan . He is a loving young man who loves the outdoors and being involved with nature just as every young child should.  Nature has lots of benefits to mental health and can benefit everyone in mind and body .Alex is non verbal and has a diagnosis of ASD and ADHD and attends a special needs school .As previously mentioned  Alex is a wonderful boy that loves to b outside feeling the different textures and exploring all the senses nature has . But my main issue as a mother and carer is keeping him safe and secure . I'm sure u can relate that we love to see our children happy but in Alex's case he will run away and has non sense of danger .this is mentally exhausting for myself and Alex I really don't want to restrict him from the garden space he loves .I'm asking for the help and support from anyone that knows Alex so  that he can keep his little bit of communal garden that I have fenced off him so he can enjoy the outside safely.  Gravesham council have requested that the fence is removed .
