We would like to draw your attention and request support for Ukrainians suffering from Russian aggression in their homeland. As Ukrainian-American i ask United States Government to immediately issue Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) to all Ukrainians arriving in the US, as well as to all Ukrainian Citizens that are already within the United States Borders. 
 
The situation in Ukraine is a textbook example of an armed conflict and extraordinary conditions that warrant a TPS designation. The United States states has been build on the notion of unity, independence, and democracy and this is precisely what Ukraine is fight for. The innocent people displaced by this conflict should be afforded an opportunity to be sheltered by the country that embeds those principles in every nature of its existence. 
 
We request that the United States open its borders to all of the Ukrainian citizens displaced by the conflict and provide assistance to Ukrainian people to be evacuate from Ukraine (or neighboring countries) right now. We ask the United States drop the visa requirement for Ukrainian women and children for the time being. Instead, applicants could be screened using the ESTA pre-travel online clearance program to expedite their arrival.
