More than 500 of you have emailed the Immigration Minister, urging him to make specific commitments for special intake of Ukrainian refugees. We need more of us pushing the government to come up with numbers urgently.

 I am also pushing for Mark McGowan, the Premier in my home state to make similar commitments as other Premiers to give shelter to Ukrainians fleeing the war right now.Yesterday, we were covered by the local news - check out the WAMN article.
