A Very Pleasant Surprise!

This update is special!

The journey related to our request to highlight this area as a heritage site began in September 2012. 

A few days ago, I received some photos via WhatsApp.  These photos were not too clear so I opted not to share them.

Yesterday, Datin S. Leela (CPPA President) and I decided to make a quick trip to Dataran Seremban and take our photos.  It was truly heartwarming to see it for ourselves! Our local council (MBS) has started upgrading works at Dataran Seremban and the heritage highlight, Convent Seremban!

This is just a brief update for now as we wanted to share the exciting news and some photos with our supporters. 

More to come as we have discussions with relevant authorities (ie Ministry of Tourism) leading up to our 120th-anniversary Celebration next year.

Our heartfelt gratitude to MBS and all involved in making this a reality. We look forward to a fresh look at our public park in the coming weeks.

Memories remain fresh even as we move forward in creating new ones for ourselves and generations to come!
