Good morning friends,

I'm doing some research now to possibly find some type of statue or law that can help dre. Here we have the 65 percent law that would cut the defendants time and also giving him rehabilitation. Oh boy was I exited. Unfortunately this law was denied, I don't understand why and I'm now looking into this and hopefully will run across something else. If any of you have legal expertise and can help me with some direction I would be greatly appreciated.
