The Bill Text for Mel's Law has been updated to include students who are enrolled and become ill.  Despite being diagnosed with a terminal illness they still push through and try to finish school.  Please sign (ask family and friends too) and leave a comment to why you think this bill is important.  If you have lost a child please feel free to share your story in the comments.
