Hey Formula1 fans!

We all cheered when Nico Hülkenberg finally stood on the podium at Silverstone in 2025, after 239 starts, that moment was massive. But stepping up to accept a LEGO-built trophy, a fun novelty, but for Nico, this is his win, not a marketing stunt. And while we know trophies aren’t everything, this one carries weight far beyond.

Here’s why this matters:

• It’s deeply symbolic. A first-ever podium for Nico isn’t just another result, it’s a milestone in F1 history.
• It’s about respect and tradition. LEGO trophies are cool and playful, but this moment was serious and earned.
• It’s for the fans, too. We loved the gesture celebrating F1’s 75th, but I think we can all agree it would mean the world for the community to do this. 

He even said, “a bit of silver or gold would have been nice too, but I won’t complain”.

🎯 What we’re asking for:
We’re calling on Formula 1 Management, Silverstone Circuit / British GP promoters, and the Royal Automobile Club (who own the official British GP trophy) to gift Nico a traditional metal trophy, one that reflects the honor of his achievement.

✅ Why this isn’t frivolous:

Not about bling. We’re not asking for an expensive diamond encrusted trophy. But a proper 3rd place trophy made out of metal.

Not a slam on LEGO. But this was part of a themed celebration. But Nico’s moment deserves something timeless.
Fans agree, this would be a heartfelt gesture resonating across the F1 community. This would be a great look and good PR for them.
