If the American XL bully ban goes ahead following once the government “define” the XL bully. All local councils should be offering free neutering/spaying of all American XL bully dogs and to any dogs that fall in the deemed “Type”.

As it will be law to have all  dogs neutered and spayed it is important for you as our government to show the citizens of the UK that all measures will taken to put a stop to more breedings of the “XL” bully . Therefore all local councils should be informed to spay/neuter all registerd “XL bullys and any dogs that may be deemed “type” free of charge.
The dogs that are too old to be spayed or neutered due to them high risk or any other dog that may have health problems that put them at risk also should be exempted from undergoing a spay or neutering procedure.
