My child was murdered at 16

Curtis Leon Williamson in San Diego California 3/26/1997

Cause unknown due to medical examiner falsifying death certificate ,  I have five death certificates. 

After it was ruled accidental, me a  disabled single mom for 20 years Fought to get it change to homicide , now  25 years, homicide still unsolved ,

I created a Law called Curtis law. Curtis''law to help families not stuffer having no  closure going through a death of their child 18 and under. It is a law  in California,  SB1268 I have asked for a memorial in Crown Point SHORES SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA for my child  where he was murdered in memory of him my struggle and some closure to say goodbye, and was denied. due to his death will never be solved I feel that the law will be just setting in  legislation and people need to know that they don't have to suffer alone that there is a law to help families receive property to receive information , information in a homicide , a  overdose , in a car accident they don't have to suffer by asking questions  and being turned away that it is a law to help families be educated informed about their child and I want  information about Curtis'Law  at crown Point shores in San Diego California,  please help me get a memorial at Crown Point shores where his life was taken sign my petition, as his  mother I fill the law is not complete

until this memorial is in place for my child where he died, family can see and be empowered to live again after the loss of a child.

 I still fighting for justice and trying to help millions of others not suffer as
