To The Florida Commission on Offender Review

We, the undersigned, launch this petition to seek CONDITIONAL MEDICAL RELEASE  on behalf of Mark MANN #J06393, currently incarcerated at RMC MAIN UNIT, Lake Butler in Florida.

 Mark MANN is facing a critical situation as he battles a terminal illness. 

We request that measures be taken to grant him Conditional Medical Release so that he can spend his final days surrounded by his family and in dignity.

Why This Petition Matters:

Mark MANN is terminally ill with cancer and his days are numbered.

Mark has spent over 26 years in prison and has long since ceased to be a danger to society. Every day of his life, he regrets his actions and begs for forgiveness and compassion from the commission as well as the victim's family. 

Mark's family and his fiancée wish and need to be able  to be with him to support him during this difficult end-of-life period, with dignity and humanity.  His family, his friends, his fiancée need to be able to say goodbye to him peacefully, so that he can leave this world in peace.

Our Request:

We respectfully urge the judicial system and relevant authorities to consider the request for Conditional Medical Release of Mark MANN  with compassion and urgency.

We firmly believe that it is in the interest of justice and humanity to allow Mark MANN  to spend his final moments with his family, rather than behind bars.
