Grant Clemency to Michael D. Beiter Jr. – A Father, Mentor, and Man of Peace

Grant Clemency to Michael D. Beiter Jr. – A Father, Mentor, and Man of Peace
The Issue
We are asking the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to grant clemency to Michael D. Beiter Jr., a non-violent, faith-driven father who has already served over 15 years of a 35-year sentence for a non-violent tax-related offense.
Michael is a loving father of four children, who have grown up without him. While incarcerated, he also suffered the devastating loss of his father to leukemia—grieving behind prison walls, unable to be with his family. Michael longs to return home to support and care for them.
Though there is evidence supporting his innocence, Michael has consistently maintained dignity, peace, and faith throughout his incarceration. He has spent his time building faith-based programs, mentoring others, and working daily to be a force for good—even from prison. He has authored messages, created online ministries, and helped uplift fellow inmates.
Michael poses no risk to society. He is not a danger to anyone. What he wants is simple: to reunite with his children, to support his mom and sisters, and to live the rest of his life in peace as a father, son, brother, and man of Yahweh.
Regardless of the original conviction, a 35-year sentence for a non-violent tax offense is severe and disproportionate. With 15 years already served, we ask for compassion and justice.
Please sign this petition to bring Michael home.
