We the undersigned, call on The Irish Government and President Higgins to grant Caio Benicio an Irish passport in gratitude for his service to the Irish people on November 23rd 2023. Caio risked his life in order to protect Ireland's children and the Irish nation will be eternally grateful to Caio and the people of Brazil. We’re calling on the Minister of Justice Helen McEntee and Minister for Foreign Affairs Michéal Martin to help us expedite this.

Ireland welcomes all and Caio Benicio should be permanently welcomed as an Irish citizen.
