Grant Air Force MSgt Richard Collins a Fair Retrial Based on New Evidence

The Issue

As a retired Air Force MSgt and co-founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to combating false allegations and wrongful convictions in the military justice system, I am deeply troubled by the case of Air Force MSgt Richard Collins. This is one of the most unjust cases I have ever witnessed, highlighting the urgent need for a  conviction integrity project within our military court system.

I may update this post as I see necessary:

Richard Collins was accused by an individual known for making false accusations, fraudulent enlistment, traumatic brain injury, VA Fraud, perjury, STOLEN VALOR… just to name a few. This same person has previously falsely accused both Collins and a retired Naval NCO/VA nurse. The evidence against Collins was questionable at best, yet he was not granted the fair trial that he deserved.

Our service men and women deserve better than this. They put their lives on the line for our country every day, yet they are subject to a separate court system that does not always provide them with fair trials or adequate representation.

Newly discovered evidence suggests that there may have been fraud on the court during Richard's trial. It is crucial that we rectify this injustice immediately by granting Richard Collins a new trial based on this new evidence.

We cannot stand idly by while our military heroes are denied justice in their own country's courts. We must take action now to ensure that all service members receive fair trials and are protected from false accusations.

Please sign this petition to demand justice for Air Force MSgt Richard Collins - let us work together to ensure his case is re-examined fairly based on newly discovered evidence.
