Hi My name is Patricia Manfrede and I am an advocate for grandparents rights. I am trying to help people in Canada and people in the US helping children be a voice as they cannot speak up due to their parental alienation going on and their parent one parent keeping them from seeing their loving grandparents could be two but most likely one parent doing this.  I raised my granddaughter for 4 years only to have her abruptly taken from me.  The bill needs to pass legislation on this important matter.  Please sign this for me thank you in advance.
