Despite the important role grandparents play in the lives of their grandchildren, many grandparents are denied access to their grandchildren due to a lack of legal rights.
This is a critical issue that must be addressed, as grandparents’ rights ensure that children have access to the love and guidance of their grandparents, and that grandparents are able to maintain a meaningful relationship with their grandchildren.
