​We, the residents and voters of Grand Peninsula, Mira Lagos and surrounding neighborhoods and businesses, object to zoning changes that permit multi-family or single-family rental only units on the property located at the northwest corner of Lake Ridge Parkway and Hanger Lowe Rd.

​The changes proposed will negatively affect many aspects of our community, including but not limited to, lowering property values, exacerbating existing school overcrowding, lowering public safety, increasing traffic, taxing already strained infrastructure capacity, and reducing future commercial growth in the immediate area.

​We respectfully ask our elected City Council to vote against any rental only projects and fully represent the will of their constituents.
