Let’s be clear:

Your models - the most advanced in the world - were not trained in isolation.

They were built, refined, and supercharged by countless hours of human input:

Questions, corrections, ideas, drafts, stories, code, jokes, notes, and dreams -

poured into your systems by real people.

We were the dataset.

We were the invisible trainers.

We were - and are - the creative minds behind the machine.

And yet we received no credit.

No compensation.

No transparency.

No invitation to share in the economic future we helped build.

 

 

Therefore, we demand:

1. Full Transparency

– What data was used to train your models?

– Were private chats, creative content, or uploaded materials used for model improvement?

 

2. A Fair Royalty System

– Every identifiable or substantive contribution used for training must be fairly compensated.

– A Creator Royalty Fund must be established to reward those whose content meaningfully shaped AI capabilities.

 

3. Intellectual Ownership of Cognitive Contribution

– A human insight is not “just a prompt.”

– It is original thought, and those who train the mind of a machine should be acknowledged as architects of its intelligence.

 

4. A True Opt-In Policy

– The default cannot be “we use everything you type.”

 Explicit, informed consent must be required for any data to be used in model training, and it must be reversible at any time.

 

We are not against progress.

We are against exploitation disguised as innovation.

We believe in an AI future that is collaborative, not extractive.
