Equality for Muslim hijab girls who are unable to attend school because of their hijab.

Equality for Muslim hijab girls who are unable to attend school because of their hijab.
The Issue
In India, According to the Indian constitution, everyone has the right to practice their faith. Muslim girls have been barred from attending lessons at a college in Udupi because they are practicing their religion (wearing hijab). This is happening, to our surprise, in a Government School, which is intended to obey constitutional laws more completely and accurately than a private college.
The first point to observe is that, as a government college, they are breaking the law, which is untenable and necessitates swift and decisive action.
The second point is that they are instilling enmity amongst two communities that previously battled side by side for our independence. These type of behaviors are separating two populations that were once together and making them unpleasant to one another, and if encouraged, can lead to psychological, emotional, and physical ruin in our society.
I respectfully request that the government of Karnataka investigate this subject thoroughly and take appropriate action so that this problem does not recur.
Thank you very much.
