Many people come to Bangalore to work & to earn for their living, but it is very sad to see the owners of the houses here loot people with 10 to 20 months of advance, which is not appropriate. How do a common man pay 10 to 20 months of rental advance. Is that right to do so?. 

 

• Why do most house owners in bangalore don't take bank transfer/cheque towards rental & advance?
  
  
• They charge heavy rentals on top of this they will take one month rental or 20% from deposit for painting charges when the person vacates.
  
  
• Why are they taking rent for? 

We wanted to fix AC in the house & my house owner asked 10,000 INR for him to give us permission. This melts me down on how crooked these people are .

House owner asked us not to even bring one office paper to home, how ridiculous is this?

This is happening all over Bangalore, Please raise you voice and support this cause for a better change.

We need to stop this... Now!......

 We complain on govt. not doing things right and not being honest, Why is that House owners of Bangalore can't think of their honesty & not being corrupt. Is this not corruption?

This is affecting many people & their lives.. lets stop this & let's stop looting people this way & trouble them. We got freedom for this to trouble other's this way?. 

 I demand govt. of karnataka to look into it very seriously & stand for it to bring some rules & stop this inappropriate thing.
