Hello one and all.

I'm a resident of one of the remotest village of Kargil Ladakh which is located at L.O.C. The village Sharchay (Batalik Sector) is the only place in the whole region which is yet to be connected to the world. Despite being living in the 21th century the Govt. of J&K and Govt. of India has failed to provide us the basic human rights. The village is located in the lap of sharp mountains, the shortage of road connectivity to this village has affected to the human lives. The people aren't able to send their children to pursue education to the nearest Higher Sec. School which is around 20Kms away from the said village. Despite that they aren't able to get the house hold products in proper way, the patients are being carried out over the shoulders of these villagers which includes children, old aged persons and pregnant women to reach the nearest health center which is somewhat 8 kms away. Many incidents happened where such patients died before reaching to the health center and have been moved towards the graveyards with wailing and gnashing teeth, these precious lives could have been saved if there was any road facility. As Govt. Of India says in Article 14 and 15 that every citizen of India should be provided equal rights besides that of caste, religion and region. We have appealed our Lamentations in front our adminstration several times but all words have been fallen over the walls of deafs.

It would be a humble that if you can lift up our voice to get our basic fundamentals of life to sustain as being humans of this planet.
