We the People of Pennsylvania demand that Governor Tom Wolf, as well as other necessary acting bodies, re-open the Pennsylvania Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores, deeming them as essential services and allow licensed on-premise establishments to sell wine, beer and liquor to consumers or abolish the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board once and for all.

Most other states have deemed liquor stores as essential services, remaining open to serve consumers with additional protections put in place to protect the workers and the consumers in these unprecedented times.

If the PLCB has any chance of remaining viable in the state of Pennsylvania this is the time to innovate and find solutions to safely operate rather than close doors and not answer the demands of the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania .
