Dear Elected Officials:

Respectfully, in seeking that justice be served for the murder of Albert Chernoff we, the petitioners, urge that his murderer be tried in Adult Criminal Court for the entire duration of the case.

On November 4, 2019, Albert Chernoff, 59, was brutally murdered in his home, in the presence of his dearly beloved family of 11 rescued cats and other small animals.

U. S. Army Veteran Al Chernoff ('Alley Cat Animal Rescue') was:
a very-prominent, highly-respected animal advocate/rescuer; active supporter of fellow U. S. Veterans; accomplished long-time city employee; law abiding citizen.

Al Chernoff's murderer has been charged with:
