Does the MN government want cities like MSP to end up with free roaming and often dangerous and sickly dogs like Houston and other large cities. TNR efforts have been in place and need to continue to help with feral cats- many of home roam the streets of our cities. These surgeries help the health of both animals and people. Please ask the governor to include S/N surgeries as essential veterinary care.
