Hundreds of animals are being abandoned and killed at animal shelters across North Carolina and the United States of America. People are not getting their animals spayed and neutered so they are just multiplying and more are being taken to High Kill Shelters. These gorgeous animals suffer terror and then death at the hands of so called civilized people! This is an abomination. The killing of these innocent animals has to end! This petition is to urge Governor Cooper to help us pass laws for mandatory spay/neuter and to put an end to kill shelters in North Carolina. The signatures will show the massive support for this to happen!
