May 15, 2018 - Lee County Commissioners Meeting After hearing citizen concerns regarding the barbaric inhumane torture and killing of animals in Lee County and lack of law enforcement, Honorable Cecil Pendergrass respectfully wrote a letter to the State Attorney Russell and Sheriff Scott requesting investigation into the animal farms to the fullest extent. We the Petitioners thank Cecil Pendergrass for listening to our voices and for requesting justice for the brutalized animals in Lee County.
