Master Warrant Officer Fancy MMM CD (Retired)has brought disgrace to the Canadian Forces and has  been before court-martial and plead guilty for wearing medals not earned (SW Asia and Somalia) and "White Leaf" Canadian Forces Parachutist Jump wings which he was not entitled to

The Order of Military Merit is a very high honour in the Canadian Honours System. It is a Honour that has been called the "Military Version of the Order of Canada" having been introduced to replace the military grouping in the Order of Canada.

Recipients of the Order of Military Merit can have their honour revoked if the Order's Advisory Council feels that a recipient's actions have brought dishonour to the Order. This has most recently happened after LCOL D Miller was found guilty in two court martial, including one which was for wearing medals and insignia not entitled to nor authorized.

We, the signers of this petition feel that MWO Fancy has brought dishonour to the Order of Military Merit and his membership in the Order should be revoked.
